All those things cost money. With huge debt they keep getting moved to the end of the line.
Progress doesn't come from empty promises. It comes from people who have the experience to weigh the tough issues and make more than shotgun decisions. It comes from people who are committed to a deliberate course of action...who follow through...and who have the patience for a series of small steps where each decision moves us closer and closer to our goal.
We are in a tight spot right now, with not much room to move.
